The problem arises because some email programs offer an "auto reply"
feature. Very useful if, for example, you will be out of the office for
some time and want to let people know not to expect a useful response until
you return. Perhaps not used as much these days, since most people now have
smart phones that can also receive email. But, for example, my previous
employer frowned on having business email forwarded to a private phone; so I
routinely setup an auto-reply when I was out of the office.

But if it auto-replies to a Team.Net mail message, and the response goes out
to the entire list, then the same auto-reply will see the response message
from the list and send out another response. Etc, etc; the result is a huge
storm of useless messages going to everyone on the list. And of course the
only person who can fix the auto-reply is off on vacation or whatever, so
has no idea about what they have done.

So, the list software is set so that if you only hit "reply", the message
only goes to the sender.

It should work (go to everybody) if you hit "reply all". I don't know why
that doesn't work for you; it does for me even on my phone. However, it
might not be obvious that it did work, my phone only shows one address and
puts (for example) "+3" to show that there are more addresses.
