[Shop-talk] Email

Unfortunately email does not work like phone numbers.  The domain name "
cox.net" is the property of the company hosting the domain.  In this case,
Cox sold that name to Yahoo, so you got to keep it.  If you change to a new
email provider, you won't be able to keep the old address.  But you
probably CAN get a new email provider, keep the old one, and just forward
all the mail from Yahoo to whatever new provider you choose.
