[Shotimes] Strange noise...help!

New water pump?  Maybe the timing belt tensioner didn't get put on
correctly?  The belt could be rubbing the housing which is plastic.  A
little out of time could cause a slow idle, hense the oil light flickering.

Farily easy to see with just the top of the cover off.
