Ron,

You know, all the speaker level wires originate at the factory amp in the 
trunk.  You could simply run RCAs back there w/ an aftermarket amp, and then 
connect to the wires leaving the old Ford amp.  Or you could send four sets 
of high level signal wires from your headunit and wire to the wires leaving 
the amp.  I'll attach a wiring diagram showing the radio wiring.  If you have 
JBL, I don't think the diagram applies.
