[Shotimes] Camry in Winston Cup 2007

Is Nascar going to allow OHC engines?  If not, then where is Toyota going to
get an OHV engine?  Carbs in place of FI is no big thing, since there aren't
any carb'd engines sold today.  But I don't think Toyota has ever sold an
OHV V8.  That's the big thing!
