It's just jarring that ANY race car could be branded as a boring-mobile like the Camry.

At least the NASCAR Taurus, when introduced, could still point to the Gen3 SHO to claim that the Taurus line made room or
performance aspirations (since discarded).

But in the mind, even with the Solara, the Camry (once described as "exceedingly adequate") has never been associated with anything
but solid, quiet, reliable, mechanically perfect, BLANDNESS.

When I started this thread, that was my point.
