[Shotimes] OT: Help! Unfair traffic ticket!

Oh that reminds me of another thing.  If there's no way out of it, just
showing up and making a formal apology can usually get your fine cut in
half.  If you're going to get screwed on this, you can at least try to make
it as painless as possible.
