[Shotimes] 02 Sensor Wiring Question

Hey Everyone,

I am going to be bench testing some 02 sensors using the procedure on SHOtimes
outlined at the link below:

I was curious if anyone knows how to determine which wires are which,
specifically which one is the output wire.  I also wouldn't mind knowing what
the other wires were.
