If the hoses are original, I'd pull the intake and change them at the same time. 
They're SO much easier to get to when the intake is out of the way.  The hoses are
cheap...5 or 6 bucks each at NAPA.  Then you can change the clamps at BOTH ends.

There's no yelling with the intake off.
