[Shotimes] Strange stereo/electrical problem

The amp is actually located under the front passenger seat, is that still
too far? I have both +12V and ground run with 8ga wire, and the +12V comes
from the battery. The amp is a PowerAccoustik Hammer Plus 500a2. It is
rated at 500W peak, 320W RMS split into two channels, then split again to
each front/rear set in parallel. Theoretically, my speakers are drawing the
max output at 2ohm impedance. This weird interruption in power only occurs
when the engine fan comes on.
