If one word described everything characteristic in the world, we'd live in a very vague world! I'm
not saying EVERY tech who won't touch something is HORRIBLE, however certain customers will
intimidate a tech more then others w/ more knowledge, therefore they push away jobs they aren't
certain about performing. Your Mechanic sounds like one hell of a man! Never meant to bash him or
any other great mechanics who just won't do certain work.

I hate when people do that. Throw away service for more money. I personally don't see the purpose
in being a picky tech. Sure you get more money for less work, but in exchange you suffer with the
lack of experience and lessen the amount of returning customers. I'm not saying it's the end of
the world, but i think it's a poor work tactic that that will leave the customer confused and
feeling hopeless with their "difficult POS" or what-not. I'm one of those work-friendly people who
gets a kick out of helping people with problems. Kinda nice to get that respect back in different
aspects of the world, you know? I'm a damn hippie. lol...

Name?! Man your email addy is familiar but I can't place a name to it.. hmm? Sorry about that. But
yeah, Amen! I love to hear that from workers. I personally don't see a dollar tab on everyones
head when I help out customers. Especially when I'm in a tight corner myself with problems
stacking on top of one another. Kudos to you and your dad!
