I put in another vote for "glumpkey". My great grandmother used to make
that and pierogies all the time, and I was always amused by what they
called the stuffed cabbage. I always figured stuffed cabbage had more
efficacy, but apparently glumpkey is more descriptive.
Oh, and to agree with you Ian, cheese and mayo used to be one of my
favorites when I was younger. My mom loved it because it took no time
at all to make. I don't know what it is about the mayo, but it just
seems to complement the cheese perfectly. I used to slap the mayo
between two slices of cheese and just eat that every now and then. As
for my favorite food now that I'm in college, it's gotta be PB&J. It's
easy to make, isn't terrible, and has definitely helped with the weight
gaining mission. On a side note, something I found very odd....my
roommate eats raman noodles out of the bag dry. Now that tastes VERY
bland, but it definitely aids in the laziness!

Yep, same here. We call her Busha. We actually pronounce the cabbage
"glumpkey"
