[Shotimes] farting car revisited

It's the power steering.  Some sort of bypass/check valve thingy.  Gary
Morrell explained it years ago, but I don't remember the details.  My '93
did it when I got it (2 years old, 20k miles), and my '90 does it as well.
I wouldn't worry about it.
