Yes. Magnetic clutch. Pulls the outer hub into the pulley.
The snap rings are the hard part. I leave the coil alone unless it's burned
up. You should have a new snap ring with your clutch. Take a finish nail
with a good sharp point and bend a small hook in the end. Like a fish hook.
Use your mirror and spear one of the snap ring end holes with the hook. You
may need several trys at bending the hook right and the length of nail that
works best. Then grab the straight end of the nail with a pair of vise
grips. Try to pull the ring out and towards you at the same time. Just rip
it out, it takes some force and of course there'e not much room to work
either! Same method for the coil if you change that.
