[Shotimes] rear break problems

John,  What is failing on them?  Or maybe I should say what is the
indication that they have failed?  From what I understand you need a special
tool to turn and push them back in and some people assume because they
cannot push them in with a standard C-clamp that they are seized.  I had a
set that was sized on the e-brake control.  Since we are on the subject, can
someone explain a bit about the block in the back by the control arms.  I
would assume it puts less pressure to the back brakes when the suspension is
unloaded (or vice versa).  I think mine may be failing as I am not able to
bleed much out of the drivers side rear caliper.  Also what's the adjustment
procedure for it?  Can I remove it and throw it away, lol
