[Shotimes] OT - IRL Gen 4 Chevy, NOT!

As has been pointed out, these high-end racing leagues are way past small
block Chevy motors and the engines in these cars have bypassed any production
type use in normal cars.  The Champ car motors are now doing 12,000 RPMs, F1
engines are past 19,000 RPMs and even NASCAR engines are past 9000 RPMs.  As
an interesting point of comparison, the NASCAR motors are almost on par with
F1 engines based on HP ratings alone.  This is all specialized "stuff".
