[Shotimes] What's wrong NOW?

OK.... The car was kinda doing this before the intake cleaning, the new
starter and the new O2 sensors. Now it is the only thing wrong and it is
starting to bother me.

Anyhow, between 2000-3000, the car seems to hit a flat spot. If I accelerate
through it, it goes right on by. However, If I am cruising at 75 MPH or so,
that puts the RPM right at 2500 and if I were to try accelerating it kinda
bogs until it hits 3000. The secondaries then open at 4000 and I'm off to
the races.

With the cruise on at 75 MPH, the car kinda surges. It has the '96 design
IAB and it is about 18 months old.

Any suggestions?
