Yes, battery cables. Clean the clamps & terminals at the battery and try again.

1) I had the battery replaced and checked it; it's putting out 12.7 volts.
2) I pulled the starter and had it tested at two differt part stores and
they both said it was strong.
3) The leads to the starter are getting the full 12.7 volts from the
battery.
4) There are no codes stored in the EEC (hey, it *could* have been a bad
sensor!)


My next guess would be the battery cables. Any one else have a different
idea?
