Don't mean to rain on any parades, but this product has been available for
years, under various trade names. I have an 8 oz squeeze bottle of the
stuff made by plasti-kote, called neutra rust. My experience is that it
requires a paint coat over it to protect the film. Otherwise works great;
it applies in a milky latex-looking film and turns blue-black when it dries.
