[Shotimes] Cooling Issues

Josh my 90 does the same thing, even after I changed the sensor.  I think
there is some variability in the sensor/gauges, and I quit worrying about
it.  I have a digital thermometer that reads right at 212 when the fan kicks
on and that's about right.  So if you don't see any other sign of
overheating, such as water spewing out into the bottle then its probably ok.
