As I recall, the rubber donuts have metal plates embedded in them with small
studs that go through the subframe and hold the donut to the subframe. You
need to unbolt those and replace the donuts.
As for the bolts, if you are talking about the front 2 bolts then you should
be able to reach the nuts inside of the ends of the frame horns and hold the
nuts enough to take the bolts out. If not then you might need to cut the
bolt and then get the nut out later. The nuts are not welded to the frame.
They have slots that fit over tabs. If you are talking about the back 2
bolts and they subframe recall has been done, then there are holes cut in the
floor pan underneath the carpet that allow access to those 2 nuts. If the
recall has not been done then you can get the instructions from a recall kit
and it will tell you where to cut the hole in the floorpan for access to the
nuts.
