[Shotimes] Loose front wheel bearings?

  Yes, I put 200 ft lbs on the nut.  One thing I did notice was that the
half shaft spline slid into the hub easily while the other side of the car
was a very tight fit requiring the nut to pull it tight.  Fully seated
either way, so it should not affect the slop I am encountering.

Have you torqued the hub nut on the half shaft to spec?
The bearing will be loose until you do this.
