[Shotimes] SHO Flywheel questions?

Do yourself a favor and spend the $40 bucks and get it reground. If you
want smooth clutch engagement if must be PERFECTLY flat, not "just
about". Otherwise you get disc drag., etc. If the flywheel is blued, it
is a pretty safe bet the old PP is not flat either, from the heat, just
pitch it. Mine had a 0.012" deep bowl effect. Another item for SMOOTH
engagement is new cross shaft bushings, see Josh. And put a steel quill
on the tranny snout with the new bearing kit. That's it. Cut a corner
and you'll be doing it twice like I did. I just wasn't happy the first
time. And my flywheel wasn't that bad..... (yeah right)
