I have to agree with you totally on this, Don. Looked under many many hoods
at the last auto convention here in Philly, and it is remarkable how few
cars actually have good looking engines that aren't covered by plastic
housing. Why can't they just make a good looking intake like the SHO has??
Must be a cost issue.
Even my new LS V8 is guilty of this. Big plastic shroud covering the
engine. Same on the new T-Bird. Nice to see they put the battery on the LS
in the trunk though, that's good engineering.
