[Shotimes] '96 brake upgrade

Just think about it. On one 70-0 stop with the '93 and earlier brakes, the ABS 
will kick in if you push th pedal to the floor. Same with the '96 brake 
upgrade.

Let's move up to one 130-0 stop of the 3rd 60-0 stop. The '93 and earlier 
brakes won't kick in the ABS but the '96 brakes will.
