sounds like you should've just grabbed the guy by the balls and not let them
go until he admitted that he took pleasure in pulling people for
abso-frickin-lutely stupid crap. Even in Virginia, where they'll pull you
over if they spot you with an aftermarket head unit (!!!), they aren't that
much of dickheads... this is why I will never be caught dead living in
california. Wisconsin sounds nice, though...
