[Shotimes] Axle replacement progress?

Pulling the bottom of the strut out of the knuckle is pertinent when
removing the strut out of the car.  In your case, you want to leave the
strut connected to the knuckle, but you want to back the knuckle off the
axle or half-shaft.  Once you do this, the axle will just slide out of the
tranny or the link shaft depending on which side you're on.  Hope this
makes sense.
