[Shotimes] Hood adjustment....rattling

Hi,

My hood is rattling at the right hinge. I can significantly stop the rattling by squeezing some properly sized rubber slivers "in to" the hinges (if that makes any sense.) I have not yet tried to loosen the bolts and mok around with the hood, cause it looks like the hinge has "collapsed" so that the corner of the hood is no longer flush with the fender but is slightly lower.

Is the fix for this the same as below? Or do I need new hinges?
