[Shotimes] RTV on ATX pan gasket?

LOL...

I had my tranny pan off, not much in there exciting.  I was expecting to see 
gears and valve bodies etc etc.. anyways.. I reinstalled a new cork gasket.. 
No leaks so far been a year.
