I think zero. Isn't the water pump behind the belt so it has to come off 
anyway?

Gee I dunno, I just got mine a couple weeks ago.  Everyone seems to treat it 
as part and parcel of the water pump / front seal / crank sensor refresh and I 
was just curious how big a part it was in terms of the total time for the 
job.  Sounds like no point to NOT doing it.

Next question, any strong opinions pro or con on replacing idler pulleys with 
125k on them as a precaution even if the bearings seem OK?  How bout it you 
high milers?
