Yeah it would be zero extra work to replace the timing belt.  The belt HAS
to come off to replace the front main seal.  Same for the water pump.  And
it is possible to replace the CKP sensor without removing it, but since
you're changing the other things too, put a new one on when you finish the
other part swaps.
