[Shotimes] (OT) SHO replacement

The new M5 (V10) has a 2 position program for HP. At initial start-up,
"only" 400 HP is produced. The driver has to push a button and it switches
to the 500 HP program. This has to be done once per engine start.

I think the jury is still out on this but the Hemi has a system that drops
out some cylinders under light load in order to improve mileage.
