[Shotimes] Intake Restriction

Anthony:
 There are two different size rubber grommets. Large inner diameter and a
smaller one. I don't have the list of which years or which engines they came
on. People have swapped out to the larger ones or cut theirs out with
nothing much improved. It's pretty much a balance tube more than a really
active part of the intake system.
