The 3.2L in my 89 went from 200hp/201 ft/lbs to 216hp/215 ft/lbs with the
addition of a dynomax catback and 77mm MAF.  While I don't think the exhaust
was the reason for all of it, I don't think the MAF was worth all 15 ft/lbs
either...
