[Shotimes] What is a PA Emissions Test????

I"ll tell ya... the biggest rip off in the world..  If you don't live near
philly or pitt, any 95 or below, they have to **Check** for 3 sensors,  EGR,
O2, and another one, and suck on the gas cap and that's it. 96 and above, same
thing, but they hook into the OB2 or whatever it is... The garage couldn't
find all my sensors in the snake pit... so they put N/A down, and it passed
fine... My car came from Pittsburgh where it was given the 2 speed idol
sniffer test and passed, so i'm fine, but the other areas where they check for
the stuff is a big rip off...

            Well, I guess it was either that or Rendell's Tax Increase....
