 First have you checked the computer for any codes?
Can you tell if the secondary runner vacuum control is working? In other
words are the secondaries closed at idle?
Has the fuel filter been changed?
Do you have a good gusher of fuel when you press the test valve on the fuel
injection rail?
Then I would clean the MAF sensor wire with carb cleaner. Reseat the MAF and
TPS plugs after spraying with electrical cleaner. Do you have access to
another SHO? If so I would swap the BAP and see what happens.
Pull the plug wires and inspect the plug wells for oil and water. This is SO
very common.
Let the list know what you find!
