[Shotimes] Differences between 3.0 & 3.2 engine harness?

Maybe this should help clarify what I'm looking for.... I'm using a 3.0L SHO
V6 for use in an SCCA open class rallycross car (possible Audi 4000 or 80
Quattro), twin turbocharged (SCCA rules dictate a maximum displacement of
5100cc, turbos have a 1.7 modifier, so 3000cc times 1.7 equals 5100cc. the
3.2 is too "large"). I already have an ECU, just need a harness. Now, to
better state the question.... Could a harness from a 3.2L ATX be used with a
3.0L engine and ECU? Anyone with a good schematic of both systems? Or are
the two way different?

Thanks!!!
