Noah, go ask someone from Puerto Rico if they are Mexican and when the
last time they were back in their home county of Mexico was.  I can
guarantee that they aren't going to like you and if they bother to give
you an answer they're gonna tell you that they are very different then a
Mexican in the culture and heritage.  Now go do the same thing to a
Polish person and a Russian.  They'd probably spit on you, the history
between them is not a good one, and they too are very different, they
even speak different languages!  They are very diverse ethnically.
Ethnicity is not just the color of your skin.

Your rants don't make a lot of sense sometimes.
