[Shotimes] upgrading bulbs in headlights

I know the GEN 2s have 16 ga wire for the OEM wiring, and my '91 Festiva has 
14 ga, Gen 3s are down to 18 ga.  Still the relay system will take the 
entire load off of the OEM system and let the relays carry the load.  The 
headlight switch will not carry any significant load.  As Larry said if you 
want maximum performance from any bulb then the 100W harness is the way to 
go.  Easy to install and not very expensive.
