[Shotimes] Premium sound system question

Maybe one if you audiophiles can help?

I have a lot of old vinyl and would like to have them transferred to CDs.

At one time several years ago, someone had a turntable that had a laser
stylus that did not contact the record groove, but just read it and was
programmed to ignore scratches.

Was wondering if anyone knew of such a service
