The primary difference between an EEC Tuner or LPM's mode of operation and
the TwEECer's is that the former only modifies specific addresses within
the code of the existing instruction set (meaning you're stuck modifying
the computer that you have), while the TwEECer actually writes OVER the
existing ROM set with it's own (complete) binary image.  This power and
portability is what allows an MTX user to enjoy the benefits of the X2J
calibration on their B9Bx or L0S computer without upgrading to an actual
X2J (the same holds true for ATX users who add a TwEECer to their H3Zx).
