There is a HUGE difference between using 87 and 89. Not in performance, but
in spendable cash in your pocket. I used premium until Ron Porter mentioned
that 87 works. I switched to 87 and have had no issues in 7 years of SHO
ownership. I don't own one now.

Subject: [Shotimes] Gas

Somehow gas prices seem to increase faster than my paychecks do. Gas
in my town went up like $.20 in the past week or so, and it's driving
me crazy. Yesterday when i was at the pump i noticed that the
difference from regular (87) to mid grade (89) was $.10 a gallon as
normal, but the difference from mid (89) to premium (93) was $.14
instead of the normal $.10 a gallon. Any clues on why the variance?

Also, i know people have talked about this before, but i can't
remember the outcome. Is there a noticeable difference between using
regular or mid grade and premium. I've always put premium in my SHO,
but that's just because i was told to. I know somebody in the past
said they ran regular and it ran fine, but i was wondering what other
people were using. Sometimes when i go to the pump i get the urge to
save my self that little bit of money and pump the cheaper stuff.
