[Shotimes] Road racing input needed for new track

Thinking out loud, but I wonder why they don't offer an optional insurance
policy for each driver to cover stuff like this.  I'll bet a lot of folks
would pay another $10-20-25 to be covered for ay track damage that they may
cause.

I suspect other tracks just bury the cost of this stuff in the entry fee.

I've been dying to run barber since coming back down here, although from
everybody I've talked to who's done it, says you pay for anything you mess
up!  One guy at RA had a buddy who took out a motor on track, you get
charged for the oil dry.  You go off-roading, you get a grass bill.  Same
for hitting anything, etc.  I've heard these charges are rather large to.

If everything goes ok, sounds good.  Could get expensive otherwise!
