[Shotimes] PBR upgrade and Earls SHO SS lines?

Well, if your name rhymes with Gob Bervais... ;-)

Actually, I've seen the Cobra calipers mounted upside
before. A few people installed them using the
orientation of the writing (COBRA) as a reference.
It's the opposite on the SHO as the Mustang has the
calipers behind the rotor unlike the SHO which has
them in front of the rotor.

That said, I don't know what your fluid issue is but
here are some troublshooting ideas:

Is there a plug in the caliper to prevent dirt from
getting into the caliper where the line bolts up? This
would be pretty obvious when you try to install the
banjo bolt but perhaps there's some sort of minature
seal in there or some blockage.

You mentioned something about the pads being really
thick. Remove the caliper from the rotor and see if
the pistons will move if the pedal is pushed. You may
want to put a block of wood in the caliper to prevent
the pistons from over extending and popping out of
their bores. (I'm not sure if that's possible with the
PBR's but there's no point in risking it). If the
pistons move, there's probably an issue with the pads
or rotor. If they don't move, you have a blockage
issue somewhere between the caliper line and the
caliper.

Are you using new properly sized crush washers on the
banjo bolt?
