[Shotimes] OT - Will this work?

Utter crap. The only input for the tranceiver on a phone is the microphone,
and it is nowhere near sensitive enough to pick up a 10-20MHz signal.
Neither is the speaker on the other end sensitive enough to broadcast
anything in the Mhz range. Microphones, especially cellphone mikes, are only
sensitive from about 200-15Khz, give or take. Speakers are generally the
same. I generally mistrust anything with that many "quotes" in it. or
exclamation marks!

but yeah, that's BS.

if you can somehow configure your phone to pick up and amplify the keyfob
signal, that would work, but that's not practical at all on a cellphone; it
would require re-engineering the whole TX section.

3hz-30Khz = Sound = your voice (actually 20hz-24[25?]Khz is range of human
hearing) (also ELF)
30Khz-300Khz = ULF
300Khz-3Mhz = LF
3Mhz-30Mhz = HF = the keyfob
30Mhz-300Mhz = UHF = FM Radio, broadcast TV
300Mhz-3Ghz = SHF = analog cellphones (900Mhz), digital cellphones (1.8 Ghz)
3Ghz-30GHZ = EHF = satellites
30Ghz-300Ghz = RFHF(really f****** high frequency) [can't remember actual
name]

I might be wrong on these as I got hit in the head hard enough yesterday to
knock me unconscious for about an hour and give me temporary amnesia for
about 2 or 3 hours (can't remember) while carrying a .50 cal machine gun
around. Got nailed by the dogging handle on a quick-acting door cos somebody
else slipped on a ladder above me and grabbed it for support. My right
temple stopped his fall via the tip of the handle. he weighs 180 pounds...
it hurt. but I'm ok now. I hope. they said I probably have internal bleeding
in my head but they're keeping me under observation.

this place is killing me.

Jason

Just got this in an email. I'm skeptical. What do you guys think?
