[Shotimes] Help with stalling SHO

If you run your car with low amount of fuel often, you will accelerate the
wearout of the pump because the fuel acts as a heatsink to the pump.  With
the gas cap off and about a 1/4 tank of fuel left, if you can hear the
pump "sing" you're getting close to the end...

I'm convinced Ford changed the way the fuel gauge reads on the 95 because
on my son's car, he has the 18G tank, but when the gauge gets near the E,
he can only get between 13 or 14 gallons of fuel into the tank.  I think
this is why so many people questioned whether or not they have the proper
tank in their SHO.  Presumably Ford was having a high failure rate of fuel
pumps and this was their solution.  Devious and clever.
