   I ordered parts a long time ago through Summit, but here's a link to a Summit kit.  It'll give you an idea of the parts you need.  They also have single kits.
   And always make sure you order with 3/4-16 threads on the filter thread size.  That's what the 8A-size filter uses for mounting threads.  The little one (I believe 3600) that's spec'd for the SHO also has this thread pitch, but if you're relocating, go ahead and get the bigger one.
   Basically, a spin-on adapter goes in place of the existing filter, and has two hose barbs coming out that run to the remote mount.
