It is easy except for one screw.  The one that threads in from the
driver's side is a pain becasuse of the A/C components being in the
way.  I think you will find the tool of choice is either an air
ratched extencion and universal, or a 14mm stubby wrench.  It's just a
bit tight, but otherwise is pretty easy.  It takes a little persuasion
to get it off to once the bolts are out.  Maybe a long screwdriver to
pry a bit wit to pop it off the yoke in back.  Same is true for
install, it is a bit of a tight fit on there, but that is good, it
keeps the angular play minimalized...  which would be bad if it
wasn't.
