[Shotimes] New Illinois Race Facility a reality!

I hope that one works out better then the abortion Sports Resorts Intl 
and Don Williamson came up with for Mt Morris same concept matter of 
fact same layout and site map. Drag strip and oval were supposed to be 
open last year. Needless to say it's 12 story pile of dirt and crushed 
concrete.
