[Shotimes] Code 66

After putting a new battery on Bart,I cleared the codes and he fired right up.Cool..everything seemed to be ok.I took him on a little drive.A little drive is right...didn't even make it a block.
     I lift the hood and do a few visual checks.I have fire and fuel.Whats going on here? I close the hood and he luckly starts up,I take him home and run codes.A 66.....Yikes! I almost thought he was gonna put out 666,I run them again a 66.
      Ok then ....(MAF sensor input is less than minimum voltage)
What should the voltage reading be?Has anyone else had this prob?
